As the Millers continue to grow their horse farm, we were able to meet all of their building needs. We did a complete facelift on the old hay/stall barn next to the new riding arena. This included rebuilding all the slider doors, installing new steel entry doors, and a re-skin of the building with all new metal roof panels and siding. We also installed a cedar tack room and built out a stall area for the horses.
Additionally, IVC Builders built run-in shelters for the pasture areas. We joined the Miller team to finish off the new riding arena with living quarters that included a full kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom area with a walk-out deck for sitting.
