Our founder Brady Schnowske started IVC Builders in 2010 to serve the farmers in the Quad Cities area. As the company grew in its early years, it expanded its post-frame construction projects into other commercial projects and added a few residential projects to the mix, too.
Today, our commercial farm business continues to grow alongside the company’s projects in other markets. We’ve helped property owners realize their dreams of owning a hobby farm, building an equestrian center, and running their own self-storage business. We’ve helped business owners build a physical location for their operations and homeowners expand their space for hobbies, gardening, and more.
